About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries and concerns
  • Act as the face of the organization, interacting with internal and external customers daily to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage repair orders from induction through delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Global Trade regulations
  • Execute contract requirements, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions
  • Process and adjudicate warranty claims in a fair and timely manner
  • Partner with internal operations and engineering teams to resolve customer issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction or on-time delivery
  • Support accounts receivable dispute resolution, working closely with Finance to drive closure
  • Drive operational excellence and support compliance in a fast-paced aerospace MRO environment

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree (Bachelor degree) or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required (U.S. person/immigration status requirement)
  • Working experience in contracts, customer account management, or warranty administration preferred, ideally in aerospace or defense
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage a high volume of accounts
  • Experience with accounts receivable dispute resolution and working with Finance
  • Knowledge of Global Trade regulations and compliance (for repair order management)
  • Ability to process and adjudicate warranty claims fairly and timely
