About the role

  • Define and communicate the CRM migration strategy and roadmap
  • Manage program requirements, priorities and backlog
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders – IT, business, Operations – and external vendors
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Prepare documentation, training materials and user support guides
  • Drive CRM adoption and promote continuous improvement initiatives
  • Test, validate and oversee the CRM functionality to meet business needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM implementation or enhancement and project management
  • Strong understanding of CRM products, business processes and data management
  • Leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
  • Strong decision-making, accountability and communication skills
  • Orientation toward innovation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven thinking
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce and working in financial institutions are considered an advantage
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
