Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of mobile communication channels inside of Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Help craft the vision and strategy for the mobile messaging channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Partner teams and Partners) to determine product requirements and ensure flawless execution.
Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that our customers love and align with Adobe’s strategic goals.
Gather feedback from partners and customers to continuously improve product features.
Guide cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic clarity and execution excellence
Requirements
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a principal or lead role.
Direct, hands-on experience with one or more messaging channels: WhatsApp for Business, RCS for Business, or SMS.
Proven track record in leading products and programs, especially in marketing technology, enterprise SaaS, or workflow platforms.
Strong technical fluency—comfortable discussing APIs, data pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and AI model integration.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership and external customers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
BA/BS in Computer Science or a comparable area required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
