Set Development Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines across Salesforce projects to ensure high-quality and efficient execution.
Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary programs that span beyond Salesforce, working with teams in product development, engineering, operations, and customer experience to drive business transformation.
Optimize Platform & Business Performance: Continuously monitor and enhance Salesforce performance while also identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems across the organization.
Ensure Security & Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce and other integrated systems meet security, compliance, and data governance standards, particularly in an industry dealing with autonomous vehicles and sensitive data.

Requirements
Extensive experience (8+ years) in Salesforce architecture and program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and complex cross-functional initiatives both within and outside of Salesforce.
Greenfield Implementation Expertise: Knowledge and experience in leading greenfield implementations, building scalable systems, processes, and integrations from the ground up in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs) and a deep understanding of CRM processes, including Sales, Marketing, and Service environments.
Cross-Disciplinary Program Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex programs beyond Salesforce, with experience in managing teams across diverse disciplines (e.g., product development, engineering, operations).
Integration & Automation Skills: Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other business systems, leveraging iPaaS tools, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency across departments.
Strategic Vision & Business Acumen: Ability to think strategically, balancing technical execution with business outcomes, and capable of driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals.
