Responsibilities
- Perform the operational credentialing process, maintaining the provider network and onboarding new providers to ensure network adequacy, sizing, and formation.
- Maintain relationships with providers.
- Consolidate and organize reports on provider network relations.
- Contribute to systemic improvements of various processes and/or reports within the area, and conduct effective negotiations with the provider network.
- Promote, control, and maintain credentialing activity requests in the systems that support these activities.
- Prepare and keep reports updated to support management of the provider network (global and by cells).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in credentialing activities within dental and/or health plan operators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the TUSS table (dental).
- Experience working in a clinical practice and/or health plan operator.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Skill in using and interpreting Power BI.
