About the role
- Junior Analyst at Localiza&Co updating operational bases and executing performance analyses. Collaborating with teams to enhance operational processes and communication in the field.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain operational databases and indicator spreadsheets (productivity, efficiency, and SLA);
- Perform initial performance analyses, identifying simple variances and potential causes;
- Monitor the execution of store processes, flagging incidents and opportunities for standardization;
- Support the creation of manuals, playbooks, and operational workflows;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives led by the Operational Excellence pillar;
- Ensure information governance and consistency of data used in routines;
- Produce recurring operational reports and make them available to partner areas;
- Support communication of operational directives to the field team;
- Work together with coordinators and specialists to implement improvements;
- Handle low-complexity operational requests and follow up on their resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
- Familiarity with Power BI is desirable;
- Knowledge of SQL and Power Query will be an advantage;
- Analytical skills, with strong data literacy;
- Attention to detail and data quality;
- Clear and concise communication;
- Proactive approach to seek understanding and anticipate simple issues.
