- Work autonomously, proactively, and with business acumen in the design and execution of transformation projects;
- Design pilots and oversee their execution, collecting feedback and adjusting course quickly;
- Create PowerPoint materials with clear, objective storytelling tailored to the target audience;
- Interact with salespeople and frontline teams, translating strategies into practical and understandable actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed;
- Previous experience in data analysis and strategic project management;
- Analytical and critical mindset, with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills; questions inconsistent results and has curiosity to investigate causes and trends;
- Advanced Excel (proficient with formulas, pivot tables, data modeling);
- Proactive and quick learner: willing to take on new challenges and learn tools and concepts as needed;
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly, structured, and persuasively;
- Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
