Responsibilities
Conduct kick-off meetings with new clients, explaining the implementation process and ensuring all expectations are aligned;
Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly Sales, Onboarding/Risk, Customer Success/Expansion, and Product;
Understand the specificities of the client's business model to implement Vindi;
Configure the platform;
Prepare technical and business documentation to guide clients throughout the implementation process;
Provide technical support for integrations via REST APIs or modules and plugins;
Deliver customized platform training;
Monitor and ensure support throughout the implementation process up to the client's first sales.
Requirements
Strong business acumen and understanding of client profiles;
Organized and able to manage multiple implementations simultaneously;
Systemic (holistic) mindset;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to lead meetings and deliver trainings;
Knowledge of REST APIs;
Experience with SaaS solutions;
Experience with payment solutions;
Willingness to learn;
Familiarity with Salesforce;
Knowledge of project management methodologies;
