About the role
- Implantação Analyst ensuring seamless implementation experiences for Vindi clients. Collaborating across internal teams and providing tailored training and support during the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct kick-off meetings with new clients, explaining the implementation process and ensuring all expectations are aligned;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly Sales, Onboarding/Risk, Customer Success/Expansion, and Product;
- Understand the specificities of the client's business model to implement Vindi;
- Configure the platform;
- Prepare technical and business documentation to guide clients throughout the implementation process;
- Provide technical support for integrations via REST APIs or modules and plugins;
- Deliver customized platform training;
- Monitor and ensure support throughout the implementation process up to the client's first sales.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen and understanding of client profiles;
- Organized and able to manage multiple implementations simultaneously;

- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to lead meetings and deliver trainings;
- Knowledge of REST APIs;
- Experience with SaaS solutions;
