About the role

  • Drive ESG data excellence and lead Scope 3 decarbonization strategies.
  • Define and implement strategies to reduce GHG emissions in upstream value chains.
  • Partner with procurement to embed supplier-specific emissions factors and improve material efficiency.
  • Lead governance of ESG data platforms ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Influence and collaborate across global functions to integrate carbon accounting into operational decisions.
  • Oversee carbon forecasting, progress tracking, and preparation for audits.
  • Translate complex sustainability data into actionable intelligence for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify high-impact interventions to accelerate Scope 3 emissions reductions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Sustainability, Environmental Science, QSE, Data Science or related fields.
  • 8+ years’ experience in sustainability leadership, carbon accounting, or ESG data governance in a complex global supply chain.
  • Expertise in Scope 3 GHG accounting, preferably with deep knowledge of agricultural ingredients and life cycle assessment.
  • Advanced proficiency in sustainability data platforms and analytics tools, including SAP SFM, ESG systems (e.g., KOSMOS), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, CDP, etc.) and LCA methodologies.
  • Project Management for SAP module implementation
  • Attention to Detail : High accuracy in categorization and risk assessment.
