Responsibilities
- Drive ESG data excellence and lead Scope 3 decarbonization strategies.
- Define and implement strategies to reduce GHG emissions in upstream value chains.
- Partner with procurement to embed supplier-specific emissions factors and improve material efficiency.
- Lead governance of ESG data platforms ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Influence and collaborate across global functions to integrate carbon accounting into operational decisions.
- Oversee carbon forecasting, progress tracking, and preparation for audits.
- Translate complex sustainability data into actionable intelligence for leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify high-impact interventions to accelerate Scope 3 emissions reductions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Sustainability, Environmental Science, QSE, Data Science or related fields.
- 8+ years’ experience in sustainability leadership, carbon accounting, or ESG data governance in a complex global supply chain.
- Expertise in Scope 3 GHG accounting, preferably with deep knowledge of agricultural ingredients and life cycle assessment.
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability data platforms and analytics tools, including SAP SFM, ESG systems (e.g., KOSMOS), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, CDP, etc.) and LCA methodologies.
- Project Management for SAP module implementation
- Attention to Detail : High accuracy in categorization and risk assessment.
