• Corporate Strategy Analyst at Humana translating business and technology strategy. Supporting senior leaders in strategic analysis, roadmaps, and technology deployment prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Support problem-solving efforts by helping senior leaders define key issues, develop hypotheses and create recommendations
• Develop insights to equip senior leaders with the right data to make informed strategic decisions
• Support cross-functional projects, working with leaders throughout the company to execute complex, high-priority strategic initiatives
• Convert strategy into roadmaps, business cases and projects while prioritizing timelines and ensuring alignment and execution
• Identify the short & long-term impacts of key strategies by assessing qualitative and quantitative data
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer demand, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for technology integration
• Define the roadmap for technology deployment by partnering with business leaders to align technology initiatives with corporate goals
• Act as a connector between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex technology concepts in a clear, business-friendly way
• Work at the intersection of business and technology, translating business challenges into opportunities and delivering actionable insights that shape Humana’s future

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of consulting, strategy, or corporate experience
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development
• Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems
• Ability to drive initiatives independently and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and executive communication skills
