About the role
- Support problem-solving efforts by helping senior leaders define key issues, develop hypotheses and create recommendations
- Develop insights to equip senior leaders with the right data to make informed strategic decisions
- Support cross-functional projects, working with leaders throughout the company to execute complex, high-priority strategic initiatives
- Convert strategy into roadmaps, business cases and projects while prioritizing timelines and ensuring alignment and execution
- Identify the short & long-term impacts of key strategies by assessing qualitative and quantitative data
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer demand, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for technology integration
- Define the roadmap for technology deployment by partnering with business leaders to align technology initiatives with corporate goals
- Act as a connector between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex technology concepts in a clear, business-friendly way
- Work at the intersection of business and technology, translating business challenges into opportunities and delivering actionable insights that shape Humana’s future
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of consulting, strategy, or corporate experience
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development
- Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems
- Ability to drive initiatives independently and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and executive communication skills
