About the role

  • Creating & maintaining content on, and managing the development of, Vizrt’s intranet “*Stories” *pages*, *in order to educate, excite and engage our people
  • Ensuring a consistent rhythm of news that is inclusive of our global organisation and aligned to our strategic priorities
  • Management and coordination of other intranet editors and internal spokespeople, creating a network of comms champions across sites and functions, and ensuring our communications are inclusive of all functions and voices
  • Supporting the VP Communications to plan and curate content for publishing by the General Management (Executive) Team
  • Executing the delivery of key internal events such as global Town Halls and Kick Off events, in collaboration with the events team, technical teams, and other stakeholders
  • Editing internally produced videos for publication, using our wide range of media and broadcast tools
  • Monitoring all Vizrt channels, including establishing and tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness, progress and impact of our internal communications, and making suggestions for improvement including new tools or practices
  • Production of weekly internal newsletter & maintenance of other internal comms channels e.g. digital signage
  • Developing a self-service model, providing advice, training and comms toolkits where necessary, to help all functions effectively manage their own content and pages
  • Working with Social Media and PR, to help integrate external and internal communications, planning and sharing content across all Vizrt channels

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Internal Communications, preferably in a fast-paced technology organisation
  • Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Experience in collaborating across cross-functional teams and forging strong relationships and partnerships
  • Excellent project management skills, including prioritisation and attention to detail
  • Experience with SharePoint and other MS Office applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • Video editing skills would be advantageous
