About the role
- Controlling role in Germany focusing on financial reporting, budgets, and stakeholder collaboration. Work closely with international subsidiaries for financial planning and reporting.
Responsibilities
- You will be actively involved in the operational controlling of the headquarters
- Regularly prepare reports for various management-level stakeholders
- Further develop the reporting suite
- Play a key role in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate and align with the subsidiaries
- You will have your own area of responsibility, focusing on sales and marketing controlling
- Shape your day-to-day work by participating in projects to improve existing or build new controlling and reporting tools and related processes
- Work closely with the international subsidiaries and report to the Global Vice President Finance & Controlling of the xSuite Group.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification — ideally you have already gained initial professional experience in controlling
- Advantageous to have knowledge of MS Office, SAP FI/CO, Power BI, SQL databases and/or LucaNet
- Strong communication skills in German and English — C1 level in both languages is required
