About the role

  • Monitoring, managing and documenting contract‑compliant project execution for shipbuilding projects
  • Managing customer and supplier relationships and serving as an interface with engineering, production and procurement
  • Monitoring project budgets and ensuring adherence to schedules
  • Preparing and reviewing orders, invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders
  • Coordinating and ensuring timely preparation and tracking of claims
  • Contributing to the development of the claim management strategy and related processes
  • Preparing and conducting claim negotiations
  • Successfully asserting legitimate additional claims against contractual partners and documenting follow‑up claims

Requirements

  • Degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in contract management and/or claim management desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good command of German and technical English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Committed and reliable, with a structured, analytical and results‑oriented working style
