About the role
- Lean facilitator fostering Lean culture and process improvements at Grupo Autoglass through analysis and training.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, classify and investigate registered initiatives, assessing impact and urgency to prepare the action pipeline;
- Encourage engagement across business areas, strengthening active participation in the Lean culture;
- Deliver training to business areas;
- Validate gains from process initiatives, verifying the results obtained and ensuring effective measurement of delivered value;
- Perform analyses and execute low- and medium-complexity process mappings;
- Validate gains from process initiatives, ensuring the proposed improvement has real effectiveness and contributes to predefined KPIs;
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation and process improvement;
- Manage innovation and improvement projects;
- Support business areas to ensure the continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Intermediate knowledge of Lean philosophy and continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, A3) to support improvement initiatives;
- Intermediate knowledge of BPM/BPMN and Excel;
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office;
- Basic knowledge of data analysis;
- Experience monitoring KPIs and other performance indicators;
- Experience with Project Management.
