Responsibilities
Develop a holistic content and brand concept and manage all brand communication across our various channels
Independently manage your marketing tasks, monitor their success, and work closely with our operational teams to develop a deep understanding of the business
Manage our advertising and media partnerships from initial inquiry through to successful execution
Create creative and diverse content (text, images, videos) for our digital channels, print materials, presentations, and newsletters
Take responsibility for reporting and analysis of content and partnership performance to measure success and identify optimization opportunities
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in broad online marketing (not exclusively a content/SEO role)
Good technical understanding, basic SEO knowledge, and confident use of CMS systems (e.g., WordPress) and HTML
Solid user-level experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GTM and Sistrix, as well as Excel and/or Google Sheets (including pivot tables)
Knowledge of UX/UI is a plus
Deep understanding of the Meta ecosystem (Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram) and the logic of social media algorithms
Willingness to travel (approx. 2–3 site visits per month) and a Class B driving license
