Responsibilities
Conceptualization, design and optimization of product images, infographics, A+ Content and Brand Stores for Amazon
Selection and editing of imagery in line with Amazon guidelines and conversion goals
Development of visual strategies to enhance product presence and sales performance
Preparation of briefs for photo shoots and coordination with photographers and external service providers
Analysis and continuous optimization of content performance based on relevant KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, sessions, etc.)
Close collaboration with our Advertising and Key Account Management teams
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Design or a related field
At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e‑commerce or the Amazon environment
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools
Experience creating conversion‑oriented content for digital platforms
A strong sense of design, visual language and brand aesthetics
Ability to think analytically and make data‑driven decisions
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken — additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are a plus
Able to work independently while also demonstrating team spirit and enthusiasm for shared success
