Responsibilities
Own delivery and performance of assigned programs/projects.
Accountable for client satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic clients.

Manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and profitability targets.
Monitor expenditures, forecast financial needs, and track budget performance across assigned accounts.
Collaborate with finance team to manage and coordinate invoicing, budget updates, and variance resolution.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of financial data for internal and client-facing stakeholders.
Oversee contract compliance and support the development and execution of client agreements.
Learn/Understand Federal, state, and local Special Education policies as they pertain to our education clients.
Responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Proactively identify problems and provide solutions to clients.
Develop and deliver executive-level reports and presentations that provide strategic insights, identify risks, and offer clear recommendations for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, decisions, and next steps.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Required, master’s degree or greater preferred.
5+ years of relevant work experience in the fields of Business, Sales, Education, Technology, Government, or the Consulting field
