- Work as a frontend developer freelancer with platform web engineers to modernize codebase from React 16 to React 18
- Convert unit tests from Enzyme to React Testing Library
- Convert Sinon mocking to Jest mocks
- Collaborate with team members and communicate progress and issues clearly
- Integrate and work with CI systems and testing frameworks as needed
Requirements
- Looking for a frontend developer freelancer to work with our platform web engineers as we modernize our code, moving from React 16 to React 18.
- 4+ years of Software Development experience
- Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript/React
- Unit Testing experience (React Testing Library, Jest, Enzyme, Sinon are mentioned)
- Experience converting Enzyme tests to React Testing Library
- Experience converting Sinon mocking to Jest mocks
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with CI systems and testing frameworks is a plus
- Primary Skills: AngularJS, HTML, JavaScript, Jquery, React JS, Bootstrap, CSS, Vue JS
