About the role
- Consultant for ERP implementations focusing on Finance and Controlling at an international IT consulting firm. Engaging in projects from analysis to rollout in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on ERP implementations with a focus on Finance and Controlling
- Analyzing and evaluating business processes
- Developing target concepts, technical analyses and detailed specifications to implement customer-specific requirements
- Integrating and further developing ERP systems
- Assessing additional standard software and providing functional support for system customizations
- Planning and conducting trainings, workshops and user trainings for end users and project stakeholders
- Working closely with developers on technical implementations
- Participating in the pre-sales phase together with the sales team
- Creating innovative solution concepts and actively contributing to all project phases – from analysis to rollout
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience as a consultant or in a comparable role in Finance/Controlling
- Preferably solid end-user experience
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance or a comparable ERP system
- Ideally complemented by experience with Fixed Assets and Cost Accounting
- Strong understanding of business processes, especially in finance and accounting
- Strong communication skills and didactic ability
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
- Analytical skills, initiative and team orientation
- Ideally industry experience in manufacturing, process industry or textiles
