- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency across the division's management functions.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of executive administrative support professionals across the division.
Requirements
- A highly skilled strategic leader with proven ability to operate as a trusted Chief of Staff to senior executives in fast-paced environments.
- You excel at triaging competing priorities, providing high-level advice, and making judgment calls that enable the Deputy Secretary / Group CFO to focus on strategic priorities.
- You’re proactive and approachable with a strong track record in business planning, performance monitoring, governance and strategic implementation.
- With exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, you provide high-level advice and insights to senior executives, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared to address key organisational challenges.
- You’re an inspirational leader experienced in managing and mentoring executive support teams while driving high-performance culture.
- Experience in Finance, Technology or Commercial environments will be highly regarded, as will understanding of the unique operational requirements of these business-critical functions.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent senior-level industry experience essential.
