About the role

  • Finance Business Partner responsible for financial analyses and reporting in the aviation sector, focusing on operational and financial data management. Collaborating with global teams while ensuring adherence to the Group's standards.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a detailed understanding of the Group’s business focusing on financial reporting, timeframes, processes, and systems.
  • Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting tasks including accruals, prepayments, cost allocation, and budget preparation.
  • Analyze data and present to management explanations and analysis to support costs and variances from budget.
  • Assist Financial Accounting with documentation for external auditors during annual audits or quarterly reviews.
  • Analyze contracts and present feasibility analysis where required.
  • Identify and document cost cutting opportunities and present related information to management.
  • Assist in documenting and updating internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement of such processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management or the equivalent in Aircraft Management.
  • 5 years minimum experience in Finance Analyses and Reporting or Aviation Maintenance planning preferably within an International Organization.
  • High level of Presentation and Communication Skills.
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience within the Aviation sector or Manufacturing Industry is desirable but not required.
  • Experience working with vast ERP systems such as SAP would be considered an asset.
