About the role

  • Support the practice’s global engagement in development and delivery of higher-education performance consulting
  • Plan, manage, and deliver international consulting projects; occasionally lead components of projects
  • Contribute to business development: scoping and tailoring proposals for prospective clients
  • Enhance customer experience to convert one-time customers into long-term partners and champions
  • Contribute channel insights into evidence-based feature recommendations for QS products and services
  • Build a sound working knowledge of international higher education
  • Participate in executive representation, thought-leadership and professional commentary
  • Collaborate across QS teams to develop service offerings and support wider business objectives
  • Perform any other duties within the scope and purpose of the role

Requirements

  • Existing experience in similar or related positions, ideally in the Higher Education sector
  • Highly adaptable and quick learner
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to high quality delivery
  • Confident, creative, problem-solving and strategic mindset
  • Strong commitment to maintaining and surpassing standards
  • Ability to manage workload and competing deadlines with minimal handholding
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent team-work ethic; ability to incorporate constructive feedback and support the wider team
  • Ability to take initiative and proactively suggest solutions
  • Highly effective presentation and communication skills; Advanced PowerPoint mandatory
  • Skills in other design tools a plus
  • Robust standards of concise, professional, and insightful report writing
  • Confidence with data processing and visualisation tools (Advanced Excel, Tableau, R, etc.) is a plus
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Fluency in Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese or French is a plus
  • Experience in higher education and/or established consulting practice experience is a plus
