- Consultant for Conversion Rate Optimization working with D2C, B2C, B2B clients to enhance E-Commerce performance through data-driven strategies. Collaborating with teams to implement and analyze optimization measures.
Responsibilities
- Advise a variety of clients on strategy, prioritization, and implementation of CRO initiatives.
- Develop data-driven hypotheses and define measures to optimize online stores.
- Conduct analyses of conversion performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Conduct user surveys and observations, including heatmap analysis.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests.
- Produce reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpret performance metrics to derive data-driven actions.
- Proactively generate and analyze customer insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with the development team on the technical implementation and testing of optimization measures.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Mathematics/Statistics, Market Research, Online Marketing, E‑commerce, or a comparable qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Digital Analytics, UX/UI Design, Performance Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Passion for CRO.
- Reporting, data analysis and visualization skills — particularly with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Practical experience with A/B testing.
- Structured, data-driven working style with a strong understanding of data and user behavior.
- Analytical, numerically proficient, and strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms — Shopify is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
