Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Mathematics/Statistics, Market Research, Online Marketing, E‑commerce, or a comparable qualification.
3–5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Digital Analytics, UX/UI Design, Performance Marketing, or a related discipline.
Passion for CRO.
Reporting, data analysis and visualization skills — particularly with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
Practical experience with A/B testing.
Structured, data-driven working style with a strong understanding of data and user behavior.
Analytical, numerically proficient, and strong communication skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms — Shopify is a plus.
