About the role
- Project Manager responsible for end-to-end project management in e-mobility and related fields. Leading agile and traditional teams while implementing standardized processes and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end project responsibility: plan, control and monitor projects in product development
- Take on responsibility as a project manager in international environments across e-mobility, autonomous driving, medical technology, digital transformation and defense
- Lead agile and traditional project teams in the development of complex systems across systems, hardware, software and mechanics
- Develop and implement standardized processes, methods and tools, establish a high-performing PMO and develop metrics for progress tracking
- Coordinate procurement, quality, engineering, production and external partners, prepare reports for management and facilitate escalations
- Work in ambitious and professional project teams and successfully accompany our projects through all phases
Requirements
- Degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year of professional experience in project management and a basic technical understanding
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, assertiveness, a structured working style and a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel for on-site national project assignments with our clients
- Business-fluent German and fluent English
