Responsibilities
End-to-end project responsibility: plan, control and monitor projects in product development
Take on responsibility as a project manager in international environments across e-mobility, autonomous driving, medical technology, digital transformation and defense
Lead agile and traditional project teams in the development of complex systems across systems, hardware, software and mechanics
Develop and implement standardized processes, methods and tools, establish a high-performing PMO and develop metrics for progress tracking
Coordinate procurement, quality, engineering, production and external partners, prepare reports for management and facilitate escalations
Work in ambitious and professional project teams and successfully accompany our projects through all phases
Requirements
Degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering or a related field
At least 1 year of professional experience in project management and a basic technical understanding
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
Strong communication and facilitation skills, assertiveness, a structured working style and a hands-on mentality
Willingness to travel for on-site national project assignments with our clients
Business-fluent German and fluent English
