Plan and execute configuration changes and problem resolutions, developing Methods of Procedure (MoPs) for medium- to high-risk operations.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to address high-impact incidents and risks promptly.
Translate global standardized procedures into tailored guidelines for specific customer contexts, enhancing service delivery effectiveness.
Monitor service tickets, taking corrective actions to mitigate risks to service levels, including re-prioritizing tasks and engaging additional resources as needed.
Provide mentorship and training to team members while acting as a team or project leader, overseeing task allocation and performance assessments.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, telecommunication, or software development.
3-5 years directly related experience in NZ's telecomunication experience with particular focus on the aggregation network.
Knowledge and experience with containerization and related support tools.
Proficiency in Node.js, REST API, JavaScript UX/UI design, and MS-SQL or similar databases.
New Zealand citizenship, residency, or work visa.
