About the role

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional value through our Identity and Customer Identity (CIAM) service
• Integrate enterprise applications into identity platforms like SailPoint, CyberArk, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless access
• Develop and maintain identity and access solutions, support processes for people joining, changing roles, and leaving
• Help design role-based access controls and improve user experience and efficiency
• Support ongoing improvements and ensure compliance with security requirements

Requirements

• Proven hands‑on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow), including configuration of profiles, sources, transforms, provisioning, and certifications (essential)
• A minimum of 1-year hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, App Registrations, Enterprise App SSO integrations, and Dynamic Groups (essential)
• Demonstrated experience designing and automating Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes, beyond operational ticket handling (essential)
• At least one of the following qualifications: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC‑300) Or SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC Engineer certification (essential)
• You will be based in Melbourne and have the ability to work 90% autonomously in a global team
• A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization & with external stakeholders and suppliers.
• End‑to‑end experience delivering identity and access management programs, including the development and implementation of modern identity controls and capabilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams, third‑party partners, and managed service providers to deliver strong identity solutions.
