Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional value through our Identity and Customer Identity (CIAM) service
Integrate enterprise applications into identity platforms like SailPoint, CyberArk, and Microsoft Entra ID
Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless access
Develop and maintain identity and access solutions, support processes for people joining, changing roles, and leaving
Help design role-based access controls and improve user experience and efficiency
Support ongoing improvements and ensure compliance with security requirements
Requirements
Proven hands‑on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow), including configuration of profiles, sources, transforms, provisioning, and certifications (essential)
A minimum of 1-year hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, App Registrations, Enterprise App SSO integrations, and Dynamic Groups (essential)
At least one of the following qualifications: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC‑300) Or SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC Engineer certification (essential)
You will be based in Melbourne and have the ability to work 90% autonomously in a global team
A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization & with external stakeholders and suppliers.
End‑to‑end experience delivering identity and access management programs, including the development and implementation of modern identity controls and capabilities.
Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams, third‑party partners, and managed service providers to deliver strong identity solutions.
