Responsibilities
- Organiser, planifier et contrôler les activités comptables des filiales incluant
- Le suivi avec les comptables des filiales pour le processus de fin de mois et de fin d’année
- L’analyse des comptes et production de rapports divers
- Les ajustements au grand livre pour les fins de mois et fin d’année
- La participation active au processus budgétaire et à l’analyse des écarts
- Le suivi et l’application des contrôles internes
- L’application des taxes et le suivi avec les différents paliers de gouvernement
- Autres projets spéciaux
- Participer à l’évaluation, la sélection, et l’implantation de systèmes financiers et opérationnels
- Assurer la formation et le support aux utilisateurs pour faciliter l’adoption des nouvelles solutions
- Analyser les processus existants afin d’identifier des opportunités d’automatisation et de simplification
- Recommander et mettre en œuvre des solutions technologiques innovantes
Requirements
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou finance
- Le titre CPA est nécessaire
- Expérience pertinente (5 à 10 ans) en implantation de systèmes, automatisation de processus et projets de transformations, idéalement en multinationale
- Expérience requise avec Microsoft Nav, CRM ou autres systèmes ERP
- Expérience en gestion du changement et formation des utilisateurs
- Connaissances approfondies avec Microsoft365 (Excel, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Gestion de filiales sur plusieurs continents (gestion des devises)
- Excellente connaissance du français et de l'anglais
