Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of Statutory Undertakers/Works Promoters operating on Gloucestershire County Council’s network
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Work closely with various stakeholders such as local authorities, transport agencies, and utility contractor companies
- Act as the County Council representative at Regional JAG / HAUC and national meetings as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in Street works
- Strong understanding of relevant systems, regulations and principles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in relevant street works software
- Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions
- Professional qualified in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
