Responsible for the operation and development of the Group's compliance management systems
Consolidate existing measures, processes and systems into a single global compliance management system
Implement tools and controls to support group-wide collaboration, monitoring and reporting obligations
Work in a matrix environment with colleagues across different markets and senior stakeholders
Provide central oversight of the effectiveness of the management systems
Provide guidance and advice on compliance issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a compliance role
In-depth knowledge of compliance standards and regulations, with particular emphasis on EU law
Business-fluent English
Analytical thinking and the ability to work independently on complex issues
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
