About the role

  • Compensation and Benefits Manager managing compensation policies and practices for Tarkett Sports. Collaborating with HR and ensuring compliance with wage regulations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in supporting the business by contributing to the planning, design, implementation, communication, administration and maintenance of compensation policies and practices.
  • Manage an organization's compensation and benefits programs for Tarkett Sports.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state wage regulations, as well as internal policies.
  • Lead annual compensation processes for assigned groups, including merit, bonus, and promotion/market adjustment salary recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Managers and Talent Acquisition on C&B matters.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis needed for special studies, legal and leadership requests.
  • Conduct job analysis and review position descriptions for appropriateness and confirmation of FLSA classifications.
  • Manage budgets: Prepare company budgets and track compensation budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits OR a strong interest in Benefits
  • Bachelor's degree required; additional HR certifications are a plus (SHRM-CP, CCP, CEBS)
  • Advanced proficiency with Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to present to senior leaders.
  • Strong collaborator and customer service focused: ability to work with leaders and HR with basic compensation knowledge
