About the role

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Company Secretariat, ensuring the Group and its subsidiaries meet governance, legal, and compliance obligations.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative processes including KYC documentation and invoice handling.
  • Work with the Company Secretariat team, Board members and senior managers, and have exposure to all business areas such as Finance, Tax, Treasury and Legal.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a governance, legal or financial administrative role.
  • An understanding of handling KYC or onboarding documentation.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and basic financial/invoicing systems.
  • Experience using entity management software (e.g. Diligent Entities, GEMS, Blueprint).
  • An understanding of corporate documentation and company structures.
  • Familiarity with Companies House and standard UK company compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of KYC/AML obligations.
  • Previous exposure to group structures.
  • Interest in a CGI (ICSA) qualification.
