About the role

  • Document Administrator III at Bank of America preparing and reviewing mortgage documentation. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing documentation in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures
  • Working on highly complex documentation
  • Supporting Loan Administrators with their primary responsibilities
  • Analyzing construction budgets, builder contracts, inspection results, and construction workbook documentation
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Underwriting, Fulfillment, clients, builders, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely draw funding

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in mortgage operations, construction lending, commercial lending, or related financial services roles
  • Experience reviewing financial/legal documentation, contracts, or underwriting packages
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Underwriting, Fulfillment, title/escrow, builders, and clients in a regulated lending environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or related field (desired)
