Service Desk Analyst providing first level customer support in a 24/7 environment handling incidents and service issues. Role involves 4 on 4 off Night Shifts with some opportunity for remote work post - training.
About the role
- Collateral Analyst I working with the Collateral Management team to locate and recover vehicle collateral. Utilizing skip tracing tools to negotiate terms for delinquent accounts.
Responsibilities
- Review and update DFC repossession log with accuracy
- Assign repossession vehicles to 3rd party recovery agents in a timely manner
- Utilize high level skip-tracing practices to obtain customer and vehicle location information
- Consistently update 3rd party vendors with most recent location data for assigned collateral
- Navigate and update 3rd party repossession assignment systems
- Make outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and e-mail to resolve delinquent accounts in an ethically responsible manner
- Meet or exceed established call volume and account action requirements
- Process recovery cost analysis & KBB for recovered vehicles
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent communication
- PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
- Experience with outbound calls or collections is valuable
- Knowledge of Skip Tracing techniques is preferred
