About the role
- Provide AppDev team support via ServiceNow/Azure DevOps (deployments, SQL queries, troubleshooting, RCAs).
- Manage Azure resources, RBAC, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows Servers, and IIS applications.
- Administer and optimize MSSQL databases; execute queries in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/CloudFormation and manage CI/CD pipeline deployments.
- Monitor services using DataDog, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor; resolve cloud/web/database issues.
- Collaborate in Agile/SCRUM teams, approve CAB changes, and maintain documentation (runbooks, best practices).
Requirements
- Proven experience in Azure and AWS cloud support within enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps ticketing and workflows.
- Strong hands-on expertise in MSSQL, Windows Servers, IIS, and ASP.NET deployments.
- Knowledge of identity/access management with AD, Entra ID, and RBAC in cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (DataDog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ability to thrive in Agile/SCRUM setups.
