About the role

  • Build and grow advocacy for Philips Sonicare and Philips ZOOM! by strengthening credibility and trusted reputation across touchpoints.
  • Design and deliver high-quality clinical training and education programs that elevate regional teams and healthcare professionals worldwide.
  • Lead and execute continuous education (CE) programs for dental professionals and students.
  • Develop and deliver clinical & technical training programs for regional Key Opinion Leader and Professional Education Managers (train the trainer).
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve competence of Regional Field teams, including onboarding programs.
  • Enable Marketing Managers to develop claim strategy and validation plans and manage the internal claim library.
  • Support regional claim translation in collaboration with legal and ensure publication of clinical studies, abstracts, and drive activation through toolkits and PR.
  • Support infrastructure of KOL programs and develop compliance-focused training and playbooks aligned with transparency regulations.
  • Collaborate with Health Systems Clinical Partnership Department and Digital Product Manager to co-create digital solutions for KOL management, education and payment systems.
  • Assist in organizing international KOL symposia, round tables and global events.
  • Act as a strategic thinker while taking hands-on responsibility for execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in clinical education, preferably within the oral health, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries (must).
  • Strong understanding of clinical content development and product claims management and excellent regional activation (must).
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs for diverse audiences including KOLs, field teams, and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience using AI-driven platforms or tools (e.g., adaptive learning systems) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive within complex, matrix organizations and stakeholder environments (must).
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills (strong plus).
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • University degree in a relevant field such as Dentistry or equivalent experience in clinical marketing/education, medical affairs, or a related area.
  • Willingness/ability to work in-person at least 3 days per week (office-based expectations).
