About the role

  • Represent the company as the primary liaison with exclusive regional distributors, responsible for developing commercial relationships, supporting initiatives, and addressing the needs of both parties.
  • Manage distributors to optimize financial performance, ensure compliance with PLI Brasil's code of conduct, and align with the distribution strategy.
  • Oversee distributor relationships, supporting improvements in processes and sales, and ensuring adherence to KPIs defined by PLI Brasil.
  • Maintain an integrated view of distributors' businesses across finance, logistics, commercial, HR, technology, marketing, customer relations, and HSSE.
  • Develop and monitor distributors' annual and monthly plans, set targets, analyze results, and propose corrective actions.
  • Participate in distributors' sales meetings, promoting best practices and supporting strategy and route planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Financial Management, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in commercial/sales roles;
  • Experience in people management;
  • Experience managing indirect channels;
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • MBA in a field related to the role;
  • Experience managing direct channels;
  • Knowledge of the oil and lubricants market.
