About the role

  • Client Success Manager supporting lower-tier clients to maximize value from Luxury Presence platform. Enhancing digital strategies and providing SEO education in real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Support lower-tier clients through a one to many engagement model
  • Educate clients on SEO and digital marketing best practices
  • Drive product adoption and proactively identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client deliverables
  • Monitor client activity, share insights, and recommend strategies to improve engagement and retention

Requirements

  • 1+ years in Customer Success or another client-facing role
  • 2+ years in software implementation, campaign execution, or creative operations
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and/or paid media
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive success
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a client-first mindset
