About the role

• Associate connecting clients with industry experts at proSapient, primarily within private equity and consultancy firms. Utilizing an AI-driven platform for sourcing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand Client Briefs: Receive and understand various client briefs, conducting initial research into new industries, companies and business topics to ensure a good base level of understanding of your client’s needs. Your business and commercial understanding will grow exponentially.
• Expert Sourcing: Having understood the client brief, a large part of your day will be spent sourcing experts on a global scale by:
• 1) Utilising our AI-driven Platform as a key source to find potential matches from within our existing network and
• 2) Utilising professional networking sites and other online resources to source new experts to join our network.
• Expert Communication: Employing a mix (Calls, Emails, Messaging, etc...) of outbound methods to reach experts, you’ll then engage with and vet to evaluate their suitability for the brief. These interactions are fantastic opportunities to learn more about an industry, build your professional network and hone your negotiation skills.
• Project Management: Work closely with your team to meet project deadlines and exceed clients’ expectations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English at C1 level (the ability to speak other languages is a plus).
