About the role

  • Make website updates using WordPress and other standard web design elements to meet client needs/requests within the confines of FMG's Forge website platform and workflows.
  • Coordinate/perform inbound website change requests ranging from basic address changes and other content updates to complex new page builds and design changes.
  • Serve as product expert by answering client questions, sharing best practices, making recommendations, and collaborating on client resources.
  • Promptly address client inquiries, issues, and/or feedback and provide proper follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Client Experience Coordinators to understand client and company goals.
  • Proactively communicate with clients and the internal team via phone, email, and web meetings to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Leverage client feedback and requests to assist in developing new ideas for product tools and features to enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create a consistent and positive client experience.
  • Participate in ongoing team meetings to review ideas, feedback, and related activity.
  • Leverage tools including Google G Suite and Slack; maintain a private & secure workspace and required internet connection speeds (5mbps/3mbps).

Requirements

  • WordPress and website design experience (WPBakery experience preferred).
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic CSS/HTML.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
  • Self-motivated and able to function independently and within a team structure.
  • Strong writing skills and excellent communication via email.
  • Ability to manage expectations, set schedules, and ensure deliverables are on track as agreed to.
  • Great interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments.
  • Quick on your feet; able to field questions and challenges as they happen.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Experience working with Google G Suite and other online tools desired; ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Must be able to work an 8am-6pm EST shift schedule.
  • Training in the Bethlehem office is required; will be asked to travel to the office for in-person training and attend in-person events as applicable.
