About the role

  • Represent clients in civil and administrative litigation before courts and administrative tribunals.
  • Develop legal strategies tailored to clients' needs.
  • Prepare and file briefs, motions and other relevant legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analyze the implications of laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their interests are fully represented.
  • Participate in negotiations and amicable settlements when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Law degree and active, in-good-standing membership with the Barreau du Québec.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil and administrative litigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong legal analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
