Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of senior leadership in consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Proven success in scaling organizations, improving efficiency, and delivering results
- Strong financial acumen with deep experience managing budgets and P&L
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or operational excellence frameworks
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments strongly preferred
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and packaging innovation a plus
- Experience assessing and optimizing operational systems delivering strong ROI
- Hands on approach building quick understanding of core systems and processes
- Analytical mindset to build data driven decisions
- Netsuite ERP experience preferred
