Responsibilities

  • Independent management of a kitchen supplying meals for rehabilitation patients
  • Process management and ensuring compliance with our quality standards
  • Operational and financial responsibility, including adherence to budgetary targets
  • Preparation of commercial/financial analyses for department management
  • Staff selection, hiring and personnel management
  • Implementation of the defined service specifications
  • Point of contact for the client

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a cook/chef
  • Further qualifications such as Master Chef (Küchenmeister), Hotel Business Administrator (Hotelbetriebswirt) or similar are desirable
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position
  • Strong service- and customer-oriented mindset
  • Professional and reliable demeanor
  • Leadership skills and strong communication abilities
  • Good knowledge of common Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
