About the role

  • Project-manage end-to-end content integration campaigns across YouTube and other platforms
  • Coordinate directly with creators and their teams for content delivery
  • Track campaign performance and implement optimizations
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients
  • Prepare clear, concise status reports for client check-ins
  • Curate and share trend insights and creator best practices
  • Develop standardized project management systems to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at WME

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of account or campaign management experience at a digital company
  • Demonstrated ability to execute multi-platform creator campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem and digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using creator analytics dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Consultative approach with the ability to guide senior marketing leaders
