Responsibilities

Assisting with questions regarding invoices, returns, and installment payments.
Updating master data and maintaining our customer database.
Requirements
If you already hold an account with the client (the payment service provider will be disclosed during the phone interview), it must not have any negative payment records.
Fluent German in spoken and written form (C2).
Business-fluent English (C1).
Strong PC skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Enjoys communication and telephone-based customer contact.
