About the role

  • Handling customer calls in the payment service area.
  • Assisting with questions regarding invoices, returns, and installment payments.
  • Updating master data and maintaining our customer database.

Requirements

  • If you already hold an account with the client (the payment service provider will be disclosed during the phone interview), it must not have any negative payment records.
  • Fluent German in spoken and written form (C2).
  • Business-fluent English (C1).
  • Strong PC skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Enjoys communication and telephone-based customer contact.
  • Enthusiasm for working from home and for using the latest technologies at our site.
