Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1–2 years of experience in Life Insurance and/or Annuities
  • Prior call center experience required
  • Basic understanding of insurance products and related operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong telephone etiquette
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
