About the role
- Business Technology Consultant supporting technology needs across HCSC divisions and enterprise. Involves strategy assistance, solution development, and management interaction while maintaining engagement with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Support the division's technology needs by researching, assisting, and participating in the strategy and technology delivery across the division and the enterprise
- Serve in a consultative oversight, solution development and tracking of tactics and programs
- Interact with all levels of management and staff, including senior management
- Keep senior leaders up to date and engaged on the process
- May require occasional travel including overnight stays
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and 4 years of experience consulting, business analysis, or project management role OR 7 years of experience in a healthcare, consulting, business analysis, or project management role
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of communications tools, strategies and implementation process
- Experience analyzing problems, providing recommendations for improvement, and assisting in so
- Extensive Salesforce/CRM experience preferred
- Marketing cloud experience to include provider operations/communications
- Experience in Business operations and Business improvements
- Strong understanding of business workflows and stakeholder alignment experience driving operational efficiency, reporting and business process alignment
