  • Complying with international cross-border regulations and developing internal processes
  • Controlling compliance risks and advising senior management on impacts
  • Conducting regular, meaningful reporting to senior management
  • Cooperating with financial market supervisory authorities
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and preparing analyses
  • Conducting target group-specific training courses

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in law or economics
  • Specialist training and courses in compliance or governance
  • Professional experience in banking auditing in a large company as a manager or senior manager
  • Specialisation in European financial market regulation
  • Experience in project management and the implementation of regulatory projects
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Switzerland and Liechtenstein as well as European regulation
  • IT flair and very good MS Office skills
  • Fluent in German and English
