About the role
- Senior HSE Management System & Compliance Specialist role at TechnipFMC, implementing and improving HSE management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GBU/REMS HSE teams to implement HSE management system, processes & programs in the region incompliance with the requirements established by TechnipFMC, relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and continually improve the Global HSE management system, processes & compliance programs forsuitability & effectiveness to minimize HSE risks exposure and enhance HSE performance.
- Execution of HSE management system & compliance related activities and the management of HSE certifications in the region.
- Providing HSE technical expertise, support, and guidance to the organization through assessing, establishing, implementing, and continually improving HSE systems, processes, and programs.
- Participate (may be appointed as a Lead) in the Global/Regional/Local Network/ Workgroup for HSE management system & compliance related improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor’s Degree/ Tertiary Education in related discipline, or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge & experience in local HSE regulatory requirements.
- Good knowledge & experience in the implementation of effective HSE management system, processes & compliance/regulatory requirements in the project(s) or workplace(s).
- NEBOSH/ CSP/ CSHO or other equivalent HSE certifications/ qualifications.
- Lead Auditor (ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) from a recognized service provider.
