Requirements
- 12–15+ years of professional experience.
- Background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) and/or investment banking / private equity.
- Proven operating experience in high-growth startups; ability to scale systems and processes under pressure.
- Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering cross-functional initiatives with material business impact.
