About the role
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Identify, scope, and lead mission-critical projects that define Brain Co.’s growth trajectory across product, go-to-market, and operations.
- Support Executive Decision-Making: Partner with leadership on strategic planning, fundraising support, board materials, and investor communications.
- Build Scalable Systems: Design and implement frameworks for operational excellence across functions including finance, GTM, hiring, and partnerships.
- Operationalize Insights: Translate complex data and analysis into actionable recommendations, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as connective tissue between product, engineering, GTM, and operations — driving alignment and accountability.
- Execution at Speed: Lead from the front, ensuring projects are not only designed well but also executed to a high standard on aggressive timelines.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of professional experience.
- Background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) and/or investment banking / private equity.
- Proven operating experience in high-growth startups; ability to scale systems and processes under pressure.
- Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering cross-functional initiatives with material business impact.
