Ownership of SiteMinder Pay business prioritisation and impact, while working closely with the Product managers on future product led growth strategies.
Accountable for the delivery of initiatives such as the Pay’s Enterprise strategy and go-to-market strategy for new features to drive the overall commercial growth.
Single point of contact for support escalations for Pay product as well as day to day oversight of business operations.
Work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Onboarding, CS & Marketing to solve for complex business processes and deliver smooth customer experience on Pay.

Demonstrate a hands-on approach to problem-solving and task execution
Ability to drive successful Go-to-Market programs with a strong stakeholder management skill set and analytical capabilities
Consultative approach, ability to operate by influencing peers across functions and develop solutions or business cases to be discussed with senior and Executive leadership team
Strong communication skills to build rapport and trusted relationships with staff and customers
Experience working within an SLA and KPI driven environment, and with CRM systems
Proven ability to work independently while recognising when to seek guidance or escalate issues.
