About the role
- Business Manager responsible for commercial growth of SiteMinder's Pay product. Collaborating globally to deliver exemplary customer experiences and executing go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of SiteMinder Pay business prioritisation and impact, while working closely with the Product managers on future product led growth strategies.
- Accountable for the delivery of initiatives such as the Pay’s Enterprise strategy and go-to-market strategy for new features to drive the overall commercial growth.
- Single point of contact for support escalations for Pay product as well as day to day oversight of business operations.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Onboarding, CS & Marketing to solve for complex business processes and deliver smooth customer experience on Pay.
Requirements
- Excel in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting or exceeding project goals
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to problem-solving and task execution
- Ability to drive successful Go-to-Market programs with a strong stakeholder management skill set and analytical capabilities
- Consultative approach, ability to operate by influencing peers across functions and develop solutions or business cases to be discussed with senior and Executive leadership team
- Strong communication skills to build rapport and trusted relationships with staff and customers
- Experience working within an SLA and KPI driven environment, and with CRM systems
- Proven ability to work independently while recognising when to seek guidance or escalate issues.
